OUR WHY
Cancer remains the leading cause of death in Canada. An estimated 2 in 5 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer in their life time. The Terry Fox Foundation has been a part of a movement inspired by Terry to raise funds in pursuit of a world without cancer. In just 2 years $117,000 has been raised in support of the Terry Fox Foundation through this tournament alone! This year, our 3rd year, we are excited to share that the tournament is officially SOLD OUT and we are able to continue our mission.

On August 8th, 1999 our family was forever changed, when my sister Nicole passed away from cancer. Like Terry Fox, my sister was young. She was 19. She was vibrant, caring, fun loving, and kind. It is in honour of her that I have spent the past 27 years doing what I can to help other families avoid the lost that we feel every day.
Ryan Halladay a loving husband, father, friend, and colleague. A salt of the earth guy who always had a listening ear, patience, and the kindest heart. Though he is no longer physically with us, he continues to inspire all who knew him every single day.

2025 Tournament Highlights
144 golfers, 26 volunteers, Fred Fox (brother of Terry Fox) as guest speaker, sports broadcaster Dave Naylor as MC, and over $62,000 raised made the 2nd Annual Edward Jones Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Terry Fox Foundation a huge success, bringing us closer to a world without cancer.
